Congratulations to the Under 10's Ambers following their cup win against Collingham. But extra special congratulations must go to Jasmine who scored two goals on her birthday. It is wonderful to see girls playing for Tigers and enjoying their football. Long may it continue and hopefully we can encourage more girls to come forward. GO GIRL POWER!!

Just a little word of thanks to all the players, parents and committee for all pulling together over recent weeks. The players have shown loyalty and respect which is refreshing to see and a credit to their parents. We may have lost key players over the summer but we have to look forward and not back we will get stronger and we will be a better team for it. Tigers is the best team in Newark not only for its facilites but also the people and players who are involved it in.

I just wanted to congratulate the under 9s on a superb cup final. It is always sad that someone has to lose. We continue to have great games of football against Winthorpe and I always look forward to the fixtures. I really think that the NNYFL will struggle to produce a better cup final across the leagues this season. Well done for making the game such a contest and not dropping your heads.

You have some outstanding players, who will no doubt continue to improve. Good luck for next season.

As I sit watching my beloved Tottenham struggle against Real Madrid, thank heavens for my other great love Tigers!! I watched the Under 10's win the David Sillery Memorial Trophy this evening in emphatic style. I can't tell you how proud it made me feel to present the trophy to them and my congratulations go to all the lads and to Chris and Steve for all their hard work. David would have very much approved of tonight's performance.

Wow Richard. That's what cup finals should all be like. An incredible standard for 9 year olds. In fact 10 times better than the adult cup final on Sunday. Each and everyone of our guys played out of their skin. They have come so far this season. You can see that your coaching over the last couple of years has worked wonders. Thanks to all the supporters. The atmosphere was great. Parents have been so supportive this season. I'm proud to be a Tiger and part of the Ambers team. Well done to Farndon. Takes two teams to make a good game. We will break down their defence one day. Looking forward to next season. Anyone up for some more cup finals?

WELL DONE!! to Under 9's Ambers tonight, what a wonderful game of football to watch. The final score did not reflect the way the game was played, you should all be very proud of yourselves and what an achievement to get to the Cup Final in your first season in competitive football.

What a wonderful game of football our Under 9's played this evening on Devon Park. The standard of play was just brilliant and all the boys did Richard, Steve and indeed the Club proud. For under 9's to pass the ball in such an assured fashion was just wonderful to watch. Congratulations to you all.
