Just like to say 'well done' to the under 8's team, who came 2nd (after those dreaded penalties) at the Claypole tournament on sunday. Thanks to Claypole who 'lent' us Danny & Harry who did a fantastic job for our team who they'd never even met before! Keep up the hard work boys, we are ALL so very proud of you.

Just a little note to say 'well done' to all of the under 8's team for a great game today(4-1 win), they all played exeptionally well in very cold weather.Great finish to the season boys! Thanks again for the support and encouragement from both Chris & Craig who give so much to make our boys the great team that they have become today.

There are people we meet on our journey
Who are all different from each other,
Those we both inspire & learn from,
Like a newly born babe from his mother.

And a man whose courageous dignity
Stood out; & who to the end was so brave,
Who was full of humour, & wisdom & wit
It's the man who we all knew as Dave.

He co-founded the Club all but 10 years ago,
And his influence made it what it is.
The Tigers, once cubs, are now roaring with pride,
So many of the achievements are his.

So though he leaves us with a big void to fill,
With fond memories we can all now look back.
These memories left & his legacy will
Be honoured by the Orange & Black.
